Alumni chapters

Alumni chapters refer to regional segments of the alumni network, which provide a platform for alumni in the same city or region to connect, run events, and support professional networking and development. To join your local chapter, please log into your account on ESMT Community.

Alumni clubs are alumni groups based on special shared interest in a specific topic, industry, or sector. To join an existing club or start a new one, please log into your account on ESMT Community.

Alumni Council

The Alumni Council supports the development of the alumni network and, together with the alumni relations office, serves as a bridge between the ESMT alumni and the school’s management. The Alumni Council helps lead key initiatives and drives volunteer activities. If you'd like to know more or become a part of Alumni Council, please contact alumni@esmt.org.

Our key alumni chapters are located in Germany (Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Rhein Ruhr, and Stuttgart), India, Russia (Moscow), South East Asia, Switzerland, Türkiye, the United Kingdom (London) and the United States of America (East coast and West coast).

Alumni awards

Every year, ESMT recognizes exceptional contributions made by alumni in their profession or in the community. Alumni awards are rewarded to extraordinary graduates whose accomplishments serve as an inspiration and elevate the reputation and standing of ESMT and who encourage continued commitment and service to ESMT and its alumni community. 

Alumni Leadership Award

This award honors alumni who have exhibited extraordinary leadership in their professional journey, volunteerism, mentorship, or philanthropy. Recipients of this award are individuals who have made significant impacts and inspired others through their leadership qualities and dedication to their communities. They serve as role models for current and future generations of alumni, inspiring them to make positive contributions to society and excel in their chosen paths.

Alumni Award for Service to the School

This award honors alumni who have made significant contributions to the alumni network through their volunteer engagement, mentorship, teaching and overall involvement in the ESMT Community. Recipients of this award have demonstrated a deep commitment to giving back to their school and enriching the experiences of current students and fellow alumni. Their selfless efforts help to strengthen the bond between alumni and their alma mater, ensuring the continued success and growth of the school.

Alumni Entrepreneurial Excellence Award

Recipients of this award have exhibited exceptional vision, creativity, resilience, and leadership in the world of entrepreneurship. Their accomplishments inspire and empower others to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams, driving innovation, economic growth, and job creation in their communities and beyond.

Alumni Social Impact Award

This award honors alumni who have displayed profound contributions to the society either through social entrepreneurship or non-profit initiatives. Recipients of this award have demonstrated a deep commitment to addressing pressing social issues and improving the lives of others through innovative and sustainable solutions. Their efforts serve as inspiring examples of how alumni can leverage their skills, resources, and networks to make meaningful contributions to the betterment of society.
